威尼斯人平台 and Columbus College of 艺术 & Design (CCAD) are proud to announce the launch of the Institute for Creative 领导 at Work, a professional development collaboration between the two institutions to cultivate creative leaders for organizational transformation in central Ohio.
The Institute will provide custom training and non-degree certificate programs for businesses and individuals. The programs will integrate CCAD’s core disciplines of design and creativity with 资本’s expertise in law, 金融, 商业策略, 和领导能力, and will be taught by faculty and staff from both institutions. The programs are highly customizable to address industry demands along with current and future workforce needs.

The Institute will offer both corporate training and individual workshops that address topics including leadership development, 设计思考, creative problem solving, 和多样性, 股本, 和包容. Workshops currently available for November and December 招生 address leveraging generative AI in the workplace and using 设计思考 to tackle business challenges.

Future programs will be available both onsite and online, with options for individual learning or group sessions at business partner locations or either the 资本 or CCAD campus. Depending on the specific training requested, courses could include design strategy, 设计研究, and creative problem solving led by experts from CCAD, along with instruction in communication, 数据分析, 商业法, and 金融 from 资本’s faculty at its 法律 School, MBA课程, and liberal arts programs.
